With the use of this website you have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions of sale, our privacy policy and the returns policy, which will represent the agreement between us.

Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

The Contract of Sale

When you place an order to purchase items using our website, this is an offer by you to us to purchase such items. By ordering you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the payment details are correct and your own.

By paying for any product from our website, you will enter a contract with us. This contract will be completed when the goods are delivered (these are subject to terms and conditions).

Product Specifications

Every effort has been made to ensure that the products displayed on this website conform to the descriptions and photographs. Colours, specifications, dimensions and descriptions of products and items on our website are described as accurately as possible. Colours depend on the resolution of your monitor and we therefore can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We reserve the right to vary the dimensions, specifications, descriptions and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.


Any orders for goods made by you on our website are subject to terms and conditions.  We only accept online purchases.

Replaced Items

Due to stock levels we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value than the original item listed, or issue a refund for the product.


It is important to us to make sure that any details, descriptions or prices are correct on our website.

The delivery charge is an additional cost. Please refer to our deliveries and returns page for details on these charges


All payments for any goods must be made when a completed order is placed. We do not reserve or dispatch any goods until a payment is completed.

Online orders are paid for by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form. Box Star Ltd operate the highest level of security, meaning your card details are not retained.


All products will be delivered to the address given during the ordering process. It’s the customers responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses.


We can not guarantee a delivery date.

We automatically send details of the delivery to the ordering customers email address. We do not include invoices within the gift box.

Please note that delivery dates may be affected by adverse weather conditions and peak times.


If an order is placed then we will collect certain personal and transaction information, names, addresses and emails. For details on how we use this information, please read our privacy policy.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, then if at any time we need to contact you or reply to any email, you agree to receive any communications from us.


Gift messages can be included with most orders. Please make sure that any names or messages are correct, as these can not be changed once the order has been processed.

Emojis or any characters will not be included in these messages.

Cancellations Pre-Dispatch

Cancelling your order before dispatch can be done by contacting us, see our contact details page.

As we try to send out our products at the earliest opportunity, unfortunately its not always possible to stop the order from being dispatched. If this is the case then you’ll need to return the products in accordance with our returns policy.


We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

- If there is insufficient stock to deliver the ordered products. You will be contacted if this is the case to arrange a substitute or to start the refund process.

- We do not deliver to the area.

- If there is an error with the product price or if it’s been listed incorrectly.

We will contact you if the contract is cancelled, your account will be re-credited. We are not obliged to give any compensation for any disappointment caused.

Nut Allergies

We can’t guarantee that some products will contain nuts or traces of nuts.


Notification of any damaged products that have been delivered or an error with the order, then we have no liability other than;

Make good on any non delivery or if there is something missing from that order.

We will replace any damaged or defective product

We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage or expenses arising from any problem other than issuing a full refund.

We do not intend to limit any rights that our customer has under local laws neither do we intend to limit our customers statutory rights in any way or form. We are excluded from any liability for any injury or death that has resulted in our negligence on our website.

Box Star Ltd or any other person involved with the company are excluded from any liability or responsibilities for any loss or damage that resulted to you or a third party in connection with our website, including but not limited to any losses or damage due to any computer virus that can infect your computer equipment or software.


Under copyright laws any images, logos, graphics or text on this website is the property of Box Star Ltd. The use of any of the above elements of this website will be deemed to be breaking our copyright.
